These cases are first of all bought for the beauty of the wood but protection is also key. Each case is fitted with a PVC inner to protect the phone against minor damage. Even though it help to protect the phone, it remain a good idea to rather not try a drop test. Most noteworthy is the excellent protection provided by these cases against damage but unfortunately no guarantee can be given against damage.
We have a wide range of standard designs but this will almost certainly not meet every persons desire. Therefor we have decided to include custom orders into our online shop. Because all our cases are engraved locally, customizing a design is very easy. Your personal design of your choice can be added to a case with ease.
However, due to the additional set up and design time there is an additional charge for custom designs. But hey it will certainly be worth it. For custom designs, please select the blank case from the shop and select the custom design from the selection menu.
We will be in contact within 24 hours of the order confirmation to discuss your design. It is always recommended to provide us with the design file to ensure you get exactly what you want. PNG type image files are the preferred file type for custom designs.
We are sure you will love our products on delivery but it is still worth a mention that this is a natural wood product and small variations between the pictures and the actual product is a possibility.
